How the Process Works
Getting your visa doesn't have to feel overwhelming. Here's how I work with you, from first enquiry to travel day.
Step 1 — Free Initial Consultation
Share your travel plans and I'll assess your visa type, timeline, and eligibility — honestly, with no pressure. WhatsApp or phone, whichever suits you.
Step 2 — Document Checklist & Review
You receive a personalised checklist based on your specific profile — employment type, travel history, purpose of visit. No generic templates.
Step 3 — Application Preparation
Every form, letter, and supporting document is prepared and reviewed together. Cover letters are drafted specifically for your case, not copied from a template.
Step 4 — Submission & Appointment Guidance
You're guided through the VFS Global or embassy booking process, biometric appointment, and what to expect on the day.
Step 5 — Post-Submission Support
Any queries from the consulate? Administrative processing delays? I stay with you until the passport is back in your hands.
Who This Service Is For
Visa assistance isn't one-size-fits-all. Here's who I typically work with — and where I add the most value.
First-time applicants
who have never applied for a UK or Schengen visa before and want to get it right the first time without the stress of figuring out the process alone.
Families and groups
travelling together — whether it's a family holiday to Europe, a parent visiting a child abroad, or a group of friends planning a trip — applications for multiple members are coordinated and prepared together.
Gulf-based Keralites
who want to apply while visiting home, or who need guidance on applying from their country of residence. Applications from the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf states are handled regularly.
Professionals and business visitors
who need a well-documented application that reflects their employment, income, and strong ties to India — reducing the risk of refusal.
Reapplicants after refusal
who need an honest assessment of what went wrong and a stronger application the second time.
